Teresa now sits at the centre of the Listening Partnership team and is the person to contact regarding any of the training programmes.
Teresa’s work
Teresa has known Nick and Jude for over 25 years. She originally worked as Jude’s EA for 11 years in the early days of her career. Teresa has since worked in several organisations handling all aspects of administrative operations, customer services and HR practice. She is efficient, proactive and delivers results to a consistently high standard. Teresa started her own business, Heaven Virtual Resource Services, in 2020, offering her clients admin, PA and HR support.
Teresa’s experience
In 2019, just before she started her own business, Teresa added an additional strand to her service offerings and gained her qualification in Human Resource Practice.
With the training and development side of the Listening Partnership growing fast in 2020, the timing was perfect. Teresa welcomed the opportunity to work with Jude again and step in as the Programme Manager and coordinate all the training events.
In this role, Teresa organises all the online events and liaises with the Listening Partnership delegates. She helps to create and design the training resources. She also manages the HR function for the company.
Teresa now sits at the centre of the Listening Partnership team and is the person to contact regarding any of the training programmes.
