Pat’s coaching is strengths-based, with high degrees of both challenge and support, and her clients learn about themselves in ways that can be life-changing. Outcomes often include greater confidence, self-belief, impact and resilience, fresh impetus to deal with issues or challenges, new ways of doing or thinking about things or a commitment to a new direction in their working lives.
Pat’s background of 25 years as a City lawyer, including as an international finance partner at Norton Rose, means she brings to her coaching her rigorous professional education, her strong business experience, a keen focus on clients and what they want to achieve and the confidence to work with the most senior people in the most challenging situations.
She has worked with people up to the most senior levels, including Chairman, CEO, senior partner and managing partner, across a range of sectors including law, financial services, accountancy, energy, advertising, marketing and media, the arts and the non-profit sector. She holds a BA in law from Durham University and an MSc in Executive Coaching, with distinction, from Ashridge Business School. She is an Ashridge Accredited Coach.
