Narrative Coaching Courses (Groups)

Course Structure: A Collaborative Learning Experience

Over six months, you will engage in a structured programme that blends group learning, individual coaching, and supervision. This ensures that you can immediately integrate narrative coaching into your organisation.

  • One group introductory session (90 minutes) to set the foundation for learning
  • Two individual coaching sessions (90 minutes each) to deepen your personal development
  • Three group masterclasses (2 hours each) to explore key narrative coaching themes
  • One post-masterclass individual coaching session (90 minutes) to apply your learning
  • Three group supervision sessions (2 hours each) to refine your practice through peer insights
  • A copy of The Story So Far – An Introduction to Transformational Narrative Coaching by Nick Isbister and Jude Elliman
  • A comprehensive digital course guidebook, providing key models, tools, and coaching frameworks
