With more than 35 years of experience in executive search, identifying senior talent for C-suite and leadership teams, Dominique has recognised expertise in cultivating leadership potential and working with senior leaders to enhance organisational effectiveness. At the cutting edge of market intelligence and thought leadership, her work naturally extends to leadership and talent programmes. She is passionate about maximising opportunity, whether at an individual or collective level, and her focus is around delivering practical, intelligent solutions.
Coaching approach
Dominique’s approach to coaching is rooted in understanding the power and impact of narrative unlocked, and in her experience in martial arts. Skills learned in the dojo are applied to a business environment. Both contexts demand presence and awareness; in a business context a fatal blow can be received without feeling its impact. As a founding partner of Graham Gill, a pioneering legal search firm which is now part of Signium, Dominique’s roots are in the legal sector, working on General Counsel (GC) and partner level mandates. This has expanded into hiring heads of function and C-suite advisory. Her work covers:
